CHS -- Our properties are fully furnished apartments to include all major appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, unlike a hotel room.
Q: What amenities are included in a furnished corporate apartment home?
CHS -- Our corporate apartment homes come with all the necessities for comfortable everyday living. Our apartment homes will include all utilities, basic cable, furnishings, housewares and
linens. For an additional cost local phone service, high speed internet, as well as premium options are available.
Q: Are pets allowed?
CHS -- Several CHS apartments homes allow pets with payment of additional fees. Please specify any pet accommodations you may require at the time of your reservation.
Q: What is the referral program?
CHS -- We appreciate your business therefore we offer a $50.00 bonus for all successful referrals.
Q: What appliances will be included in the apartment?
CHS -- All of CHS apartment homes include a full size stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Washer and Dryer are optional and depend on availability.
Q: How do I pay?
CHS -- CHS will bill you on a single monthly basis. If preferred we can bill your company directly.
